Semalam macam ade rase kerajinan tu bertambah-tambah. Sebenarnye da lame oven tu tak berasap. Ape salahnye skali skala bagi oven tu berasap sket. Da lama actually nak try satu resepi ni.

Mula-mula saye prepare segala ingredients yang diperlukan. Nasib baik semua bahan-bahan tu memang da ade. Cuma bile sukat untuk sesetengah bahan tu tak cukup la plak. But I tend to just cuba nasib je lah. Nak sediakan satu-satu bahan pun bukan senang tau dan amat leceh. Macaroons ni perlu ade ganache/ any flavors of filling. And of cause saye suka chocs ganache/buttercream! Yummy2! Ok air liur pun da macam nak meleleh dlm mulut bile tengah feel makan tu. Haha
Bila da sukat and mixed semua bahan ganache, the taste soo damn good! Saya tak pernah rase ganache yg sesedap ni. Dan sebelum saya terlupa, i got this ganache recipe from this site! Saya malas nak copy n paste all the recipes, kalau nak cuba, bley try-try tengok dan usha dalam site tu yer. Macam-macam flavors ade, just pilih mane yang suka.
Lepas berpeluh-peluh gigih menyiapkan the ganache, masa utk membuat macaroons nye lak. Ini adalah tahap paling hardcore susah giler! Haha ia memerlukan kesabaran yang amat tinggi. Mungkin sebab tahap kesabaran saya kureng, maka macaroons tu kurang menjadi. Huhu time bake tu pun da bley nampak the texture tu tak naik-naik.flat. how meh? Rase-rase nye ade antara bahan-bahan tu berkurangan.
After baking, the result was not good la. Nak remove macaroons dr bekas pembakar pun susah. Tapi, bila try makan, rasenye bley tahan la. So sad! Takpe-takpe first attempt tak jadi, kite akan buat second attempt lak. Lepas kemas-kemas dapur yang berselerak, abang trun tanye, bakar ape sampai bau harum ala-ala macam nak raye je? Haha
i replied, “flat biscuits je..” sambil tunjuk biskut-biskut yang tak jadi dalam balang bekas! =p
Ok, saye belajar banyak kesilapan di sini.
First thing, bila ikut satu-satu resepi, mesti cukup segala ingredients!
Second, saye mesti ade baking sheet – which is parchment paper. Tapi saya tak sure kat sini ade ke tak, maybe bley guna kertas minyak?
Baking time, shud be only 10 to 15mins. Kalau lebih, bley jadi biskut hangit~ hehe
Dan perkara yang paling penting adalah, do more research!
And i already found the best recommend site bout this macaroons. Ok, tak sabar nak buat lain kali guna resepi n CARA-CARA yang sebetulnye!
Ohh jap, how bout the fiiling/ chocs ganache td? Hmm saye rase nak buat another experiment and a big surprise for her. Wink*wink*
